Finding a GP for a patient

GPs provide essential care to patients and families. They also help make sure patients get consistent care before and after they visit us. This improves patient health outcomes and satisfaction, especially for patients with complex care and multiple health care providers.

Make sure you consider your patient's care needs and their family's cultural background and financial situation when you refer them to a GP.
