About the program

This peer-reviewed program provides case-based learning for doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners who provide emergency care for paediatric patients. The program includes ten self-paced online modules covering the most common paediatric emergency scenarios.

Senior clinicians can use the case-based discussion guides to facilitate local teaching sessions.

How to enrol

You can enrol in the program and access individual modules using iLearn on the Queensland Health website.

  1. Login or register for an account
  2. Search for paediatric emergency education program
  3. Select Enrol
  4. Launch the course
  5. Choose your module

Health professionals not employed by Queensland Health (e.g. Interstate clinicians, GPs, Students, Agency staff) can access the program for free by registering for an iLearn account.
